On 25 October 2025, the first open day was held in the La Gotta neighbourhood, located in Belfaux near the railway station. Interested parties were able to visit the show flat, which had been furnished for the occasion, as well as various other types of accommodation, to get an idea of what their future home would be like, with a preview of the layouts, materials and generous outdoor spaces.
